'Nduja Breakfast Sandwiches
These simple breakfast sandwiches are amped up with spicy 'Nduja!

- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 4 Eggs fried
- 8 Slices fresh mozzarella
- 'Nduja
- Arugula
- Mustard
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Toast the ciabatta rolls.
Fry the eggs in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Swipe the 'Nduja on the bottom half of each roll and mustard on the top. Layer the fresh mozzarella on top of the 'nduja, then the egg, then the arugula and top with the other half of the roll.
