Swedish Chocolate Balls

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe
Swedish chocolate balls

These no bake Swedish Chocolate Balls are incredibly easy to make and always a hit! The best part is that they can be made ahead of time and you probably already have most (or all!) of the ingredients in your kitchen right now.

The first time I tried these Swedish Chocolate Balls (known as Chokladbollar in Sweden) was when my family's Swedish Au Pair, Pernilla, made them for us. They were so delicious, my family has been making them ever since!

I kept this recipe almost exactly the same as Pernilla's but adjusted it just a bit so that all the ingredients could be easily found at any grocery store.

Swedish Chocolate Balls

For some reason, we really only make these around Christmas time but they of course, can be made any time of year! In Sweden, these are sold in coffee shops and made at home all the time (so the internet tells me) so go ahead and make them whenever the mood strikes. Don't let these Christmas themed photos boss you around!

I hope you guys love this recipe as much as my family and I do. Thank you, Pernilla!!
